Kathleen is a San Francisco Bay area based singer and actor. She has appeared in films, musicals, and operas throughout the Bay Area, including the West Coast premiere of the opera "Our Town".
She grew up in the upper Great Plains region of the USA, where singing and performing were always a part of her life. Kathleen graduated from Bryn Mawr College near Philadelphia and received a Bachelor's degree in Physics. She moved to the San Francisco Bay area in 1983, where her love of logic lead to a career as a computer scientist writing highly specialized software for physicists and engineers. (Yes, computer nerds can be middle-aged and female!)
Kathleen has kept her right brain as happy and active as her left brain by actively pursuing her passion for performing.
Believing that learning is an ongoing process, Kathleen has had many years of training in singing, acting and voice-over. She has studied at Studio A.C.T and Voice One, and has over ten years of formal, private training in singing.
